Our Custom Designs
Each piece is hand-crafted upon receipt of payment.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation of your custom jewelry.  Please remember, each piece is hand-stamped and imperfections add to the charm.

Returns/Exchanges
We can’t refund payments on custom orders, but we want you to be happy.  Please email us at support@somethingaboutsilver.com and we’ll see what we can do.  If the error occurs on our end, we are happy to refund your shipping fees.

Privacy Policy

SomethingAboutSilver respects the privacy of all our customers.  No information about our customers will be shared with any third party except in the case of shipping carriers that will deliver purchases.

Shipping
we have shipping options of usps first class mail or priority shipping. once your order ships first class shipping takes 3-5 days and priority mail takes 4-10 business days! international shipping can take over a month depending on the destination’s customs regulations.

Availability
Occasionally items will go on back-order.  We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs.  We cannot guarantee availability of any design.

Holiday Orders
Around the holidays orders may be delayed.  We will notify you if this is the case.
